Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to return your items, please contact our customer service (service@byzani.com). You can return your items within 30 days. 

NOTE: Customized products can not be returned. If the product arrived damaged contact our customer service (service@byzani.com) within 2 days and tell us about the damage with photos attached. We will check your request and refund your money. Please check our sizes carefully. We do not refund customized products due to incorrect sizes.

Return Policy

  • Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Personalized Products can not be returned
  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received at our Distribution Center.
  • Byzani does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. 
  • Return packages must include a completed return request form and original packing slip to ensure processing. 

Refunds

You can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
  • You receive the wrong item;
  • You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused. We do not refund customized products).

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
